WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Each session is 20 minutes and includes 20 images delivered via digital gallery link. The total cost is $395. No additional purchases are required but prints and ready-to-hang frame options will be available within the gallery. Holiday Hint: these make perfect grandparent gifts!

ARE THE IMAGES EDITED?
Yes. All images will be edited for color and brightness. Wish that pesky flyaway wasn’t in your favorite shot, though? We’ve got you covered with additional retouching options, available for $25 per photo within the digital gallery.

HOW DOES THIS WORK WITH MINTED (scroll down!)
Your images will be ready within 10 days, at which point you can log into Minted with the email you used to sign up for you mini session where you will find your photos magically uploaded and ready to design your card! You’ll also receive an email with a link to download your digital files and purchase gift prints.

*IF I SELECT THE ARBORETUM (Dallas), WILL I HAVE TO PAY TO GET IN?
Yes, the cost of your admission is not included in the $325 session fee. If you aren’t a member of The Dallas Arboretum, please purchase advance tickets for your session date and timeframe immediately after booking. If you have a membership, please go ahead and reserve your corresponding day and time, as they are currently accepting visits by reservation only. 

CAN I BRING MY DOG (Dallas only)?
We love pups. And we know Fido is family. Dogs are welcome to join in on our Flippen Park or Lindsley Park Mini Sessions (Sorry—no pups at the Dallas Arboretum.) However, we do recommend that a non-portrait participant tags along to hang with your four-legged friend while he’s on the sidelines. Dogs usually want in on all the action, and it can be especially difficult to maintain kids’ attention while they’re worried about their barking pup.  

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
Holiday Mini Sessions can be rescheduled online free-of-charge up to one week before the originally booked date. Please contact us for week-of requests, which will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. 

WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Put away the ponchos! In the event of rain or snow we will contact you to reschedule free-of-charge. We have limited dates in NYC so if we cannot accommodate a reschedule (we will try!) you’ll get a refund of your session fee.

I WAS JUST HOPING TO GET ONE GOOD SHOT FOR A CARD- IS THERE AN OPTION FOR THAT?
We totally understand. This is off the record of course, but sometimes, families will participate in the Monarch & Maple Home Series and use one of those photos for their merry mailouts. Learn more about the Monarch & Maple Home Series in the menu above.  This is available in Dallas only.
